Fitsteps with Tracy

I had so much fun this morning doing the dirty dancing themed dance with Tracy. The dance moves were great and the music brilliant. Tracy was good at breaking down the routines. Recommend fit steps with Tracy to anyone who loves dancing.

Tracy is a fabulous teacher who makes the sessions so much fun and accessible for all... even complete novices like me! You always leave the sessions smiling and your heart full of joy...even if you are sometimes a bit out of puff! Her choices of music are so uplifting. Since starting I have noticed an improvement in my posture, as well as discovering new muscles being used through the variety of dance steps. The workshops are great to focus on the techniques and there is no fear of judgement but great comradeship from the participants. Wish I had discovered this 10 years ago... it is 10th anniversary and I hope Tracy will be doing this for at least the next 10! I highly recommend you give it a try.

Excellent Dirty Dancing workshop today with Tracy! We learnt four different dances to the soundtrack. Tracy’s teaching is clear and such good fun! Highly recommend x
